The work includes demolition/abatement, select interior non-structural demolition & construction of new partitions, ceilings, finishes, mechanical, electrical & plumbing work.

Project Title: Rhode Island Avenue Enhancements. Washington DC 2024

SandHurst-AEC provided construction services for prepping and painting of approximately 3,543 square feet of wall surfaces, removal and installation of approximately 2,809 square feet of carpet tile as well as1,800 linear feet vinyl cove base for Workstation Areas, Private Offices Storage Rooms, Closets Service Rooms.

Defense Health Agency (DHA) Facilities Enterprise – 8(a) – 2020-2024

SandHurst-AEC provides program management assistance and acquisition support services at the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Facilities Enterprise to sustain facility, business, and operational planning. Our work enables Facilities personnel to plan, design, build, and operate/maintain DHA’s world-class facilities in the United States and abroad, ensuring that our servicemen, women, and their families receive care in first-rate, modern facilities.
